Join us for an afternoon of meditative walking, observation, and journal writing to explore mindfulness. Each date will have a different theme. Come for one or all!

Led by Leslie Bishop: retired biology professor from Earlham College, student of meditation and mindfulness of Thich Nhat Hanh, and certified facilitator with Women Writing for (a) Change Bloomington.
